One very different culture is Brazil. There you will find a great atmosphere and a beautiful climate. The summer time will begin in December and will end in February because this is a South American place. If you are planning to go to Brazil, you will want to make sure that you have some important things first. You will need to pay attention to these tips so that you are not finding it hard to enjoy our time in such a superior country.
You should always protect your items when you are in Brazil. If you bring a camera or any type of electronics, you need to know that it is very humid there. You need to make sure that you are keeping these items safe.
Bring along your medicine and other prescriptions so that you are maintaining your health while you are traveling. If you have medication you will want to make sure that, you are checking with your doctor first to make sure that it is ok to travel so far.
Bring along your mosquito spray. You will want to keep the bugs away so that you are not itching your entire trip. You will also want to have sun block of some kind to protect your skin from the harsh sun.
Getting a Hepatitis shot before you go on your vacation to Brazil would be a great idea. There are many cases of Hepatitis A, B, and C there in Brazil and you will want to be sure that you are protecting yourself. Wash your hands often and before eating.
Pack your suitcase lightly. You want to keep your luggage weight down to about 20 kilos. You need to make sure that your clothes can be washed and used at different times so that you are not lugging around a heavy suitcase with you.
Keep copies of all the documents that you have. You should leave a set at home, in case you lose one. You need to email yourself a copy as well to protect yourself one step further.
Always have a pair of sandals when you travel to Brazil. The weather is hot and you will need them to keep your feet cool. You will also appreciate them when you are walking on the beach. Be sure to bring along your bathing suit and a hat too.
Do not forget your deodorant and some type of body spray or perfume. You will want to use this because the weather is hot there and you will be sweating a lot. This will help minimize body odor.
Try to learn Portuguese. Having some type of knowledge in this language is a good idea. You will want to try to talk to the local people and some of the following are used in Brazil: Spanish, German, English, Italian and French.
Have your passport and make sure that it is current. You will want to do this at least 6 months before you leave.
Take along some cash for when you are not in the big cities. You will want to have some type of spending money for when Visa and American Express are not accepted. When you follow these rules you will be helping yourself make sure that you are having more fun and doing all the things that you would expect in the beautiful place of Brazil.
